TTC 18 months, and now what...

Should we both go to our primary doctors? Do we request blood work there? Or do I go to the ob gyn? Does the on gyn order testing? Who do we ask about sperm analysis? Fertility clinic? Ugh so many questions. I feel so lost. I don't have anyone to ask as we're not telling anyone about TTC and the struggles. I was hoping to be able to get a positive pregnancy test today on fathers day but Aunt Flo showed up yesterday of course.. Thanks for reading, and any input <3
