I don't understand what's going on with my body? been bleeding on and off

Around June 3rd I believed I had my period I was bleeding light for 5 days on and off when it ended I took vitex and I was bleeding again for 5 days but it was still a little light. I just stopped taking vitex. After that the bleeding stopped. Around January 15 and 16 I had sex with my partner and we used preseed. I started to have light bleeding yesterday and brown spotting now today I'm bleeding like a period I took a pregnancy test last week negative this is frustrating I hate my body and i don't know why I would bleed twice in a month 😔
