is it completely obvious if nexplanon doesn't heal correctly??

I am so parnoid because yesterday I had sex and the condom broke when he came so some probably got inside of me. I got the implant 2 weeks ago. But my friends are freaking me out because they said if it doesn't heal right or body rejects it it doesn't work... when I feel for it the tip sticks out a little where I can see it. But towards the hole where they put it in it feels a little swollen under the skin I can't grab the tip I can feel it's there it just feels thicker than the side where the tip sticks out toward my armpit. Someone please help me I am scared I don't know if I should take plan b.... I need advice ASAP.
