You could always tell your doctor you want confidentiality and they can't tell your parents anything. You could always tell your parents too if they find out you're n birth control and say the doctor prescribed it for your periods and if you have acne, that as well. Bring it by your doctor too and they should back you up. My doctor did when I went on the pill when I was younger and my mom thought it was for heavy period managment and acne control. :)
Paranoia
I have an issue, I have constant paranoia about condoms. I'm not on birth control because my parents believe that birth control means that I'm obviously having sex. And I prefer my sex life to be private. I don't feel that my family should know if I'm sexually active or not. But I have paranoia about condoms. And because of this paranoia me and my boyfriend don't have sex as much as I think he wants. And I feel that my paranoia about condoms isn't needed. What should I do?
