MUMMYS PLEASE HELP! SERIOUS ABDOMINAL PAIN

Has anyone ever had severe abdominal sort of like AF cramps and a BFN 3 days before AF is due, 11dpo?! And then still been pregnant. I'm doubled in two with cramps! And feel like I'm OUT this month. This is worse than normal AF like symptoms
