Hi!
I know that the baby is on left side of uterus (right in pic). It is a transvaginal but is mirrored according to where tech said baby was.

If baby is on left, doesn't that mean placenta at least started on left? Seems there are multiple bright areas.

Yes transvaginal on the left usually means girl but you said it was mirrored due to the position so mirrored means it opposite like it would with an abdominal so that makes it's a boy. If it was just abnormal transvaginal then it would be girl.
