So cool story (not); my period was late by 5 days. I have been incredibly regular for the past 8 months since I had my Mirena removed. Anyways, all of a sudden I'm 5 days late, freaking out because I am occasionally sexually active, one partner, unprotected. But, then I got my period, it was a normal cycle (normal 5 days, normal flow range) and now, a week after it ended, I'm spotting, cramping, persistent headache. I have not had any sex since before my period was initially due. Can some one please tell me if I should get a HPT or be concerned about other issues that it could be from?!??!
