Periods

Hi.. I'm new here and just wanted some advice.. I've been on the injection for 3 years. I didn't go for my last injection as we wanted to start trying.. my injection ran out the 3rd February and the 1st of May I had my 1st period it lasted 3 weeks very heavy.. I then stopped and a week later came on my period again.. but wasn't as bad and lasted 6 days.. is that normal? Do you think this is my body getting back to normal or could it have been a cp or implantation bleed? This is now my 11th day of no period.. should I wait until 30th to test?
