Sex on Birth Control Pill help?!

Alright so, i've been on the combination birth control pill for 6 days. I started taking them on the first day of my period(Sunday) Saturday(the 7 day) I had sex without a condom and my boyfried came inside of me. Will I be protected or should I be worried about the risk for pregnancy because i didn't wait long enough for the birth control pills to take effect? I'm experiencing no symptoms obviously because it just happened 2 days ago. But can someone just give me some answers!? lol
