Why does my family act like my baby is their child?

I understand my parents are trying to help me since this is my first child, but they are treating my pregnancy like it's theirs and it's starting to bother me. When I correct them or tell them this is my child not yours they get upset. Some of my friends are the same way and its really annoying. They do not like the father of my child either and they are trying to tell me how to handle my relationship with him and that's extremely annoying. They don't want him involved but I'm not going to keep my child from his father. I'm not sure how to navigate this situation. How do you stay sane dealing with family and friends that act like this?
