Ovary removed at 11 weeks pregnant 😳
Went to the ER last night with severe abdominal pains. Turns out large cyst on ovaries caused it to twist on itself and lose blood supply. Had emergency surgery Lost the ovary, but most importantly Baby is doing ok.
Anyone else experience this during pregnancy? Issues? I'm obviously worried about the general anesthesia and pain meds they gave me, and how it could affect my baby. I had a bad sinus and respiratory infection last week. Nervous I've been pounding this kid with drugs (albeit 'safe' and ok'ed with ob) 😳😳
