post provera ovulation

I didn't get my period for 117 days and provera finally was able to get it going for me after coming off the pill!  Now I'm tracking with opk and am hoping to get a positive opk for the first time since I've been TTC for 6 months. Did anyone else get their cycles going with ovulation after only 1 round of provera? If this doesn't work then I'll go on provera again and add clomid but hoping it doesn't! Any advice would be appreciated 🙂
