I can't understand how that turns people on... how does it not make you think of your own father, and how does someone make a parental nickname a turn on? It just makes me go

I only call him dad or daddy when I'm talking to or around my kids. Otherwise I call him by his name.

Don't know why but my husband loves it. I feel a bit weird saying it in a sexual way now because I'm pregnant though 😂

I can't.  My dad died 3 years ago and even saying that name referring to my husband to my kids kinda squeezes my heart and hurts a little. To each their own but deff not.

Before we got pregnant, I've been calling my hubby "Daddy" ever since we got our first dog, because basically he is her dog dad. Lol. At first he didn't like it.  He doesn't call me "mommy" but refers to me as mommy when talking to the dogs. Lol. But now that we're pregnant, it sounds more appropriate and he doesn't mind so much.
