Baby is SO constipated and is in pain. Help!!

My daughter hasn't pooped for 4 days and she keeps straining to go but can't so this morning I tried a suppository but it didn't melt and ended up coming out. I tried again and even though I tried holding it in, it still came out. So I tried liquid suppositories and I could barely get it in her butt because the poo there is so hard 😫 She's been trying to poo all day and has been in so much pain. I gave her a warm bath and she started trying to go and I tried to help get it out with my finger but it was like a rock and I couldn't get it out. I'm bringing her to the Dr in the morning because this is so bad...  but does anyone have any suggestions?! I'm really panicking
