daith scarring

My daith has look like this for about a month, it hasnt grown or shrunk.(excuse the blood I just cleaned it) Is this's found to stay here forever or do you guys know how to get rid of it. I'm not going to lie I sometimes only clean it once a day since I've had it for three months now, if that helps. I clean it with the stuff people use for their contacts lenses because that's what my peircer told me to use. Should I be using a salt solution to help my scarring? How did you get rid of yours? Can it even go away?
