Tampons, pads, or other?

Do you wear tampons, pads, or other? What's your reasoning? I prefer tampons. I feel like it's less messy and it doesn't feel like a diaper or like I'm sitting in my period. I do have to add a panty liner sometimes when it's heavy. Haven't really tried anything other than tampons and pads.

I have a Diva cup that I really like. I switched over from tampons because it was cheaper to use a cup. My best friend recommended it to me and I really like it now. Mostly because it's not messy, there's no smelly garbage to constantly deal with, I don't have to constantly buy tampons and I can leave it in for longer and sleep with it in without worrying about having to wake up every 6-8hrs to change a tampon. But I'll use tampons if I don't have my cup with me.

I haven't used a pad since I was really young (early teens). I hate them. I get diaper rash from them and when wearing panties constantly for a week (I dont sleep with panties on unless I'm wearing a pad) I end up with welts on my bikini line. I also feel like a pad is a constantly wet diaper. They smell too if you don't change them constantly as well and I find they bunch up, leak and aren't good for sports.
