nipples and around nipple hurt so bad, 20 weeks. remedies?

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and my nipple and aeriola around it are so sensitive. Is there anything I could put on them? I can barely shower because the water hits them and kills.

Mine were sensitive too at that stage but it was like the skin cracking im not sure if it's the same thing but i put lansinoh ointment on them
