6 weeks postpartum pep talk PSA

Hello mommas and mommas to be! This is just a PSA to remind you to love your bodies...whether you feel as big as a house while pregnant (I know I did) or you are dealing with the flabby aftermath of giving birth, love yourself! I am still amazed at all that my body did and is still doing to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">nurture</a> my new little guy. If you're struggling with how you look, take a deep breath and focus on your baby. Your body is doing exactly what it needs to in order to provide for your sweet newbie. I now have loose, stretch mark covered, squishy skin...but it's my little man's favorite spot to snuggle up and nap. I love that! Don't fixate on your "flaws" today, instead, focus on what you love about your body and your baby. After all, you are doing the hardest job! 💪🏼
