I have not used it, but I follow several natural health pages on Facebook, and have done some research on CBD oil. They use it in other places as medicine. It has been used as a natural medicine for centuries. I have multiple sclerosis, and ha e heard praises from people on its benefits from everything from pain to muscle spasms. Make sure you find a good place that is 10p% CBD (they can apparently use up to 2% THC and still say "thc-free"). Also, organic-grown help is best, as it sucks all the pollutants into it while growing. I've heard Koi is a good brand. Luckily, I have a local place that specifies in 100% organic, pure CBD oils, tinctures and salves.
