when did you announce your pregnancy?

When did you announce you pregnancy and how did you do it . I'm 11 weeks 4 days, I have only told family and a few close friends. Want to do it with an ultrasound but I don't get another 1 till 18 weeks(I do have one from 6 weeks but bean was so small.  and I don't think I can hold on telling people any longer.

We announced it shortly after I was past the first trimester and kept it off social media til I found out what I was having.

I annouced after speaking with my doctor at 8 weeks. He said to me.. the fate of this pregnancy was determined at contraception so it doesn't matter what you do, if you're going to miscarry it's going to happen no matter what. So I decided to announce that day.

I announced at 12 weeks, I used my ultrasound pic from that appointment. There are lots of cute ideas with holding up baby shoes or outfits or something like that instead of an ultrasound pic?
