What can I eat?

Question

I have been wanting to eat tuna casserole for a while. I'm getting mixed signals when I research and my next appointment is next Wednesday. Some say it is safe. Some say it's not. Have any big you asked your doctor whether or not tuna is safe to eat? I know some fish is good for you and others should be avoided.

2-3 serves per week of canned tuna is fine. The canned tuna has lower levels of mercury than fresh tuna or larger fish.

I eat tuna frequently and did for my other two pregnancies. I heard like a can a week is ok, but I haven't asked a Dr. I don't eat a huge amount. Prob once a week my kids and I make sandwiches and split a can.
