So my best girl friend from high school just told me she's pregnant. She was not planning on having kids. She isn't ready and wants to get an abortion. I'm not the type of friend to scold for things I don't agree with, but as someone who has hada miscarriage and would love to concieve, I'm not sure how to support her choice. It's not that I won't or don't support her decision, it's a hard yet responsible one to make. But for some reason this is affecting me on a personal level and she doesn't know that I'm silently struggling to wrap my head around it all. I won't tell her not to get one, but I don't know how to handle the situation. Any advice or opinions would be helpful. I'm sorry if I come off as selfish, we're just really close and it bothers me more than expected.
