Postive opk?

I took one on Sunday and it was indeed postive. But I just had this weird feeling today and I took another. Im still trying to track my ovulation days the best that I can since I never got my period in March ( took 3 hpt all negative, not sure why I didn't get it) So just looking for a little help/insight to see if this one is postive thanks ! :)

I never had one since January 6. All negative hpts and no positive opks. I don't think I ovulated yet. If you didn't have a period you probably have a hormonal imbalance like me. Positive opk means you have an LH surge which technically SHOULD bring on ovulation. I've heard of girls who have gotten multiple positive opks a cycle because their bodies geared up to ovulate several times but for some reason they didn't. I think temping is the only way to know for sure because you'll have a significant spike in temperature and it will stay up until af (go back down) or pregnancy (stay up) at the end of the cycle. I'd bd if you can every time you get a positive opk.
