Friends who go MIA during your pregnancy...

So one of my hubby's best friends, who we have both known since HS and at one point were even neighbors, has apparently ditched us as friends. The last time hubby talked to her was when we told her what the gender was back in February. The most interaction we get is that she likes my posts  on Facebook and when she told me she wouldn't be able to make it to the baby shower. She hasn't reached out to us at all. I recently graduated with my BA and she didn't say congratulations, she just liked my FB posts. And I think she has stopped talking to us because she is having fertility issues. I don't know exactly because she hasn't talked to us, but we know that she and her hubby were trying to get pregnant and haven't succeeded. So there is this problem as well, but both hubby and I are really upset that she has gone MIA and doesn't appear to want anything to do with us and we are worried it is because I am pregnant and she is not which for all I know she is hurting, but I don't know how to reach out to her because she is just very private about that stuff. I just wanted to get it off my chest I guess. But what would/do you do if someone you are close with is having fertility issues while you are pregnant?
