itchy bites (possibly tmi)

Does anyone have any idea what these could be? They're not ingrown hairs. The one in the first picture showed up yesterday or today. The second picture has been there for a couple days but it's getting bigger. The third picture I didn't notice them until last night. They don't itch.

I was thinking they were big bites but I don't know what kind they could be. I don't believe they're flea bites as I've had plenty recently & they didn't look like these. I was told it could be scabies. ( i recently stayed with someone who's doctor told them they had scabies but they didn't believe the doctor.) I've had scabies before & it looked more like dry patches with bumps. I plan on going to the doctor soon if it doesn't clear up. But does anyone have an idea ?
