What kind of after taste does your vagina leave?

I don't let my husband eat me out because I noticed his breath smells like odor after... and it taste like it. I shower once a day and baby wipe through out. Am I the only one?? Is this normal? I feel so embarrassed and I always hear about woman letting their man eat them out but I don't because of that! Help!
