Pregnancy rhinitis 😫😫HELP!!

Can anybody give me any tips or solutions to using pregnancy rhinitis along with round ligament pain? I've been nonstop sneezing and congested for weeks now. It started at week 11 and now at week 17 I feel like I'm going crazy. I sneeze about 30+ times a day and each time it causes so much pain in my lower abdomen.
