Share your teeth whitening hacks! Ive been depressed for a little while and have let myself go. Im getting back on track though! Any tips for helping bring back a white smile? Thank you! 😊

Baking soda on your tooth past. But best thing to do is go to your dentist and look into bleaching your teeth, they'll give you bleach that they think will work best for you and tell you if it's even a good idea. (I use to be a dental assistant)

I used to use lemon juice and baking soda but the lemon juice is pretty acidic on teeth. Now I use baking soda and charcoal. The charcoal is literally amazing. You can buy it in capfuls for like debloating but you just break it open and brush away.

I was a dental assistant for 8 years and the best thing the dr used to recommend was rinsing with a cap full of hydrogen peroxide after brushing! It's safe and natural no harm to teeth

I use lemon juice and baking soda mix a teaspoon of it into a paste apply for about a minutes then rinse it works wonders
