Please help me.. I am going crazy. Am I pregnant or not?

I am 12 days late, starting from the first day I was suppose to start. I had brown/black spotting a week or so before I was suppose to start, and got a yeast infection with breast tenderness. Now I no longer have tenderness in my breast or yeast infection but now I have cramping with no period...only spotting that is pink and brownish with some pinching sensations in my left side groin area. Took 2 tests and both negative. Anyone else have these symptoms while preggo (or not preggo)?? I have mood swings, fatigue, headaches and dizziness. Wth is going on?!? Not like me at all!!
