what are some things you Mommas done to induce naturally?

Been having contractions and dilating and 50% effaced wanting to hurry this baby up cause..boy, are these contractions painful. 😵 any tips? what helped you ladies go into labor?

Sex. Seriously. Semen has prostaglandins that thin the cervix and can jump start labor

My first pregnancy I tried literally everything and still had to get induced at 41 weeks. When they say they won't come until ready they aren't joking. But walking and sex are the most natural ways to try and induce on your own

I was told by my midwife sex, walking, nipple stimulation and burning clary sage oil. I don't know how effective they are  I haven't tried anything yet but she seems to think they will help

I bounced and rolled on my birthing ball for a little over 3 hours and also used my breast pump last night, ate some pineapples and nothing happened. Just had a few contractions once I laid down but they wasn't bad and I fell asleep. This morning I've had a few more but still not anything to go to the hospital over.

Thanks ladies! I've been bouncing and rolling on a birthing ball for a few hours. Feeling some pains in my back and some tightening in my stomach but nothing to make me think I'm in labor.
