cravings?
Does anyone else feel guilty about their cravings? I'm trying not to gain to much weight because I really want to be able to lose the weight fast after I have my little one but it's so hard when I crave everything that's bad for me. Plus I'm always hungry... what are some healthy snack options that will fill me up?? I'm sick of being hungry all the time but I don't want to be shoving food in my face all the time either 😩 thanks ladies
