pain under right breast / rib cage?

What could this be? Currently 38 weeks been having this pain since 7 am it's now 12 it won't go away it hurts to lay down sit up anything could it be baby just pushing against it something else? It's a really sharp /burning pain Plz and advice ftm 
Forgot to mention the pain goes to my back as well

UPDATE ; you ladies where right I came back and insisted I was checked turns out I have gall stones and pancreatitis inflammation been admitted to l&d can't eat or drink anything in fluids all night until my ob and surgerons come in the morning to determine what's. Best to do. I'll keep updating.

That's where your liver is located. I'd call my doctor just to make sure it's not a liver issue like cholestasis.

Whenever I have that pain it's because I need to drink water, so I just go sip on some until the pain goes away. But maybe taking a bath will help until the pain goes away for you
