So I went for blood work and they were testing me for a bunch of different things that I could have but wouldn't know. Things like that. I asked the women taking the blood test if one of the tubes was for the pregnancy test. She said "yes" I called today to ask what the results were and my levels. She replies "I don't know what you're talking about we never took a pregnancy test?" I said I asked the women yesterday and she said "yes" she says "the only pregnancy test we took was the urine test and it came back positive" I said "yes I understand that but usually they do a blood test to see the HCG levels?" She replies "oh. We don't do that anymore. We wait for the ultrasound." When the heck did they stop doing blood tests I was pregnant 2 years ago and they did a blood test to "confirm the pregnancy" now all of a sudden they don't? And I don't think you can check HCG levels with an ultrasound?
