Help me please! With any tips
Hey guys, I have a really bad time handling my emotions even about a loss in my family, or if I really like someone. Its really hard and when people ask me if I like them or not, I get upset and tell them idk and they get upset. Or if I get really upset I take it out on everyone, including my closes friends. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to help me figure out my emotions?
