Pinching feeling( little tmi)

For the past three days I have had this horrible pinching feeling on my cervix. Period is due in 4 days. Cramping on both sides, well actually more like a pulling feeling. Actually waking up in the middle of the night to eat something. Extreme fatigue. Also very gassy, yet constipated. Had a very very faint positive this morning. I'm going to retest in a week. But does this sound hopeful?? Also temp is back to the 99's.
