So background story real quick.. I'm a first time mummy to a gorgeous 3month old girl.. I was on the implant for 4 years before we conceived and never had 1 period etc..

Now the problem... I'm sat on the bed last night feeding my daughter as usual and I get these horrific it painful cramps that can only be compared to being in labour again!!! 😣😭

They eventually went an hour or so later but they have left behind a really bad muscular pain in my uterus.. I can't laugh or cough or even stand up or sit down without being in agony!

Going for a wee or a poo causes the contractions to start up again but only mild.. not as bad as first time round...

Can someone please tell me what is going on and if it is a normal part of a cycle 😭😣

P.s. I'm not due my period for another 9-10days and I'm not on contraception 🤔
