Period while breastfeeding
I have an almost 7 month old baby. Last month was my first cycle postpartum. The cramps, backache, dizziness, and nausea make breastfeeding and parenting overall pretty difficult. I exclusively breast feed and my daughter is a mama's girl. How do you mama's cope?
