Grannie panties worked for me

Grannie panties, dark colors, cotton. You want the underwear to be comfy and be able tohold  giant pads. I bled for a month everyone is different, but expect at least 3 weeks. I recommend using cloth like pads or cotton pads without the plastic liner (always brand has the plastic like liner and so do a few others) a lot of women can get a very nasty rash, especially because you will be wearing them for a long time. That being said, avoid the underwear with spandex in it, like Victoria secret or soma, vanishing types. You want to to be brethable to avoid yeast infections. Air out when you can, over a towel.
