#23wks Floppy thighs what should I do?
Hi all beautiful pregnant women out there! 💪
I have been a runner and Bikram yoga trainer for 5 years now. Stopped both when I got pregnant. I have continued with pregnancy yoga and swimming but I feel that my thighs are really falling now. What should I do? Any tips?
