HELP ME PLEASE COMMENT

Help me! Im 15weeks and 2days I've been having contractions for 5 days my Dr said stay hydrated lay on your left side so on I've been taking magnesium oxide tablets and also bynadrl to try to stop them with no luck and my cervix is open I have another apt on Monday but should I wait that long or go to the emergency room I've called and they say there's nothing they can do this early butcant they at least stop the contractions or something?
