Eczema remedies?

I've had eczema for a long time and now can't use the typical medicine (topical steroids and hydrocortisone OTC) because they are category C medicines. Any recommendations? I already use non fragrance cream, take warm not hot showers and wear cotton. Soooo itchy! Any medicines that you have been recommended?

Use the aveeno oatmeal packets in your bath that's helped me the most.

I do too. I found more natural remedies help me. Tea tree or peppermint oil for itching ( use very little or dilute it) I also found coconut, shea butter and jojoba oil really helpful and soothing. They also help clear my skin during flair ups.

Have you tried aveeno eczema? It should say baby on it or infant or childrens. It works well for me and my son. My son gets it on his cheek/chin area and it goes bright red. I use it on it and it works quite well. I get bad patches on my arms near my shoulders and elbows. Lately I've had weird patches that turn into scabs and hurt and it works well for those too.

Use coconut oil and put it or lotion on right after you get out of the shower. It helps me a lot.
