My first symptom was acne on my shoulders. I NEVER have had that so I tested that day and it was positive !

None of the above. I tested positive at 3 weeks 5 days(I think, can't remember anymore 😂) so no symptoms since symptoms don't usually start until 6-7 weeks normally. Didn't miss period because well, tested early lol.

Now 11 weeks and 4 days! Super nauseous, vomiting, always tired and always moody. No food is good enough anymore 😂
