what's wrong with me ? GOES INTO DETAIL

So today I went to the beach with my boyfriend. As usual he was hornet seeing me in pretty much nothing. As soon as we got home we showered right away . He got a thought in his mind and picked me up mid shower and puts me on the bathroom counter. As he goes down on me I feel amazing. He kept whispering to me to let go and stop holding back. I soon start to breathe really heavy , I get very dizzy , my hands and legs started shaking , and I got slightly nausious . I slowly get off the counter , his fingers still in me , and start crying into his shoulder. Idk why. When we got back in the shower he kept asking if I was okay and if I was "back on earth" . Answering every question he asked correctly I start crying again. Still didn't know what happened to me and I didn't keep the promise I made to go down on him... I just wanna know why I started to cry when my body felt perfect . Btw it was the first time I cried while he was going down on me ... help please :(
