To test or not to test....

I've been having off and on nausea for the past week with mass amounts of indigestion that is beyond medication aid. I haven't missed my period yet, and I always get anxious to take a pee test. Every time it pops up negative it really disappoints us both, but I haven't had these symptoms before. So what do you guys think, test or not to test?
