I'm on propranolol. 
It's a beta blocker (controls your heart rate) but it's also commonly used for anxiety. I used to be on xanax and I like this a lot more. It slows down your heart rate so that it's practically impossible to have a panic attack. You will still freak out in your head and have anxiety I your head but you won't have any physical symptoms of it - no heart rate jump, no feeling faint, no face turning red, no shaking, etc.
