Relationship between weed and period?

So I realized my period seems to get heavier whenever I smoke weed. I got my first depo shot on March 23rd and have been on a light period/spotting since about 2 weeks after the shot. Is the heaviness when smoking normal?

For me it helps relieve cramps. My periods always been 3 days with and without weed

I had a 21 day period when I was on Deppo. But that was back in high school.

I've found that smoking relieves my cramps and even shortens/lightens my period a little bit! I usually have awful cramps to the point where I want to cry. So it's either smoking or taking narcotics, and I'd rather not take those.

Weed and periods go together damn well for me😍
