any march '18 mamas still nursing an older sibling?

I'm still nursing my 17 month old. I've read that supply decreases/taste changes which can lead a baby to wean when mama gets pregnant. Anyone go through this? When should that happen? Would love to get this guy off the boob but somewhat on his own terms haha

I'm still nursing my July 2016 LO. But in 2007 when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was nursing my son who was 20 months. My milk went from sweet to salty. He did not like it. Lasted for a few weeks. Then changed back. At about 34/35 weeks. My milk had almost completely dried up. But my son was still comfort nursing. He only stopped because he didn't want to share ninny with his sister. They are 12 and 10. They still don't share. Good luck
