TMI!!! is this too much blood?

Okay I don't know how to do a TMI filter but I was discharged from the hospital Saturday & didn't have anywhere near this much blood. This started yesterday, and the spot where I tore & the stitches are hurts way worse than it did while I was in the hospital. Like to the point I can barley move without help. I've been calling and calling my OB to make a 3 week appt like they said to when I was discharged but I have yet to get through to make the appt, let alone ask any questions. Thoughts???
