14 year old Injured from ride at six flags....
So I'm pretty sure you all have heard about the 14 year old girl that slipped andgot trapped dangling from her head trying to hold on, on a ride at six flags in New York. Being saved by good samaritans in the park after falling 25 feet into their arms; some say it's her fault how does someone slip unless they were messing around and others say it's the parks fault because the ride is unsafe.
I'm just wondering who do you feel is responsible? The park, the girl or both?
