Is this worth worrying about?

So the other night I started getting a bad cough and it continued into the next day (yesterday). Well yesterday I started wheezing and was unable to breathe and my throats was swollen but eventually the swelling stopped. Today I'm still coughing and it's still hard to breathe and I started coughing up blood mixed with mucus this morning. Just now my nose started bleeding heavily and I'm coughing up more and more blood. My head has sharp pains on the sides. What should I do?
